This products are totally organic, naturally refined, Aleppo pine sap, also known as Colophony sap. This is pure pine resin collected recently from pine trees in an environmentally friendly method. It has been heated and strained to remove bark, needles, and misc tree pieces. We use a tiny bit of vegetable oil to make it thin enough to be strained and poured into molds. No other chemicals are added. The result is totally fresh Aleppo pine sap strained and ready for countless uses. If frozen it becomes quite hard/dense and if warmed it will become gooey and fresh. At room temperature these 500gr. resemble the consistency of hard white caramel and are not brittle like competitors products. 

Natural Aleppo Pine Rosin is an ingredient in printing inks, photocopying and laser printing paper, varnishes, adhesives (glues), soap, paper sizing, soda, soldering fluxes, and sealing wax. In industry rosin is the precursor to the flux used in soldering. It is also used on musical instruments, as a grip for gymnasts, dancers, bull riders, baseball pitchers, as well as a rosin to dress bow strings in archery. Pine pitch is also used for doing fine art such as embossing metals. It's even used in incense and for spiritual healing. These are just a few of the many uses of colophony resin.

You can add it on some drinks to give flavor and taste, a very popular Greek wine flavoured drink is Retsina prepared only from Allepo pine resin.
